A note from the founder

Why I'm building White Lights

Olympic weightlifting is one of the hardest sports to program for yourself. The right weight depends on your maxes, how the last session went and how you're moving today. Most lifters end up guessing, or following a spreadsheet that never changes.

White Lights is my answer: a program built around your numbers that adjusts every time you train, within limits you can trust. Every change comes with a reason, and you always have the final say.

It's early. If you join the waitlist, you'll hear from me when your spot opens, and you'll see pricing before anyone else.

Questions

Who is White Lights for?

Lifters who want a real Olympic weightlifting program without paying for a personal coach. White Lights builds your snatch, clean & jerk and squat program around your maxes and goal, then adjusts it after every session based on what you made and missed. It works whether you're learning the lifts, chasing a bigger total or preparing for a meet.

How does the AI programming work?

A rule-based engine builds your program from your maxes, goal and schedule: percentages, sets and reps, weekly volume and deloads. After every session, the AI adjusts what comes next based on which lifts you made or missed and how the session felt. It always stays within fixed safety limits, so weights never jump unexpectedly.

What if a weight doesn't feel right?

Every change comes with a plain reason, like "You missed 2 of your last 3 snatches at 90 kg, so the next sets drop to 85 kg." You can always override it and keep the original weight. We start conservative, so week one is more likely to feel a little light than too heavy.

I don't know my maxes. Can I still use it?

Yes. If you don't know your numbers, you'll start with technique-focused work, then a test day to set real maxes. From then on, every new PR updates your percentages automatically.

Does it work in kilos and pounds?

Both, fully. Every weight, percentage and plate breakdown follows the unit you pick, including how many plates go on each side of the bar.

When does it launch, and what will it cost?

We're aiming for early 2028. Pricing isn't final, and people on the waitlist will hear it first, before launch. Whatever happens, your training history and PRs stay yours, even if you cancel.
